Tina! Enter me in your contest so I can buy something at Target even though I live very far away from any Target stores. A gc to Target would make me feel more connected with all the rest of the shopping-populace and with a Target gift certificate I could possibly buy something to update my woefully not-up-to-date decor in my kitchen. I mean, I have green gingham valance over my window here. We're talking 1990s clearance. Target could pull me out of my sad state. Think of your friend and choose me!
